The whole building is now over and we have taken one room. The workers now are repairing some parts of the Hall that remined coz they did not complete and I also want them to repair the kitchen a little and even paint it. So I have requested some paints for them and cement to repair other parts. I have also sent for 12chairs and one big table for the Project office, black boards.

The Building and Abusoland
We now got the title deed and new numbers for the Abuso and our school written 'St Christine School for the Orphans' only that it went to Kisumu for the map and boundary ammendment. I have the copies of the title deed and the report on change of User issues.
Its now purely painting that goes on in the new house. The house looks very nice and hope it will better than the other one.
I wanna paint also the hall walls since the floor was finished.

Two pictures from the new building and one of the Rotary Projects, The Sports field. it has been ploughed now and there is another machine to come and level it. The owner of the machine will come tomorrow to see how much he is expected to do and how much will be used to do that.

We have a specialised person doing all the boards for both two rooms.

The timber work is almost over and they will put the boards and as you can see the timber work on the picture for the boards to lie on them and it takes time and a lot of timber thats why they can
not estimate the proper quantity.
This picture is for the part of the Forum Syd Project, the school garden.

The inner painting for the room is almost over.
And now we start our next schoolbuilding.

The outer painting for the room is over as you can see from the two pictures.
Now we wait for the inside board to be complete since the ceiling is over but the wall is not yet. It's so tidious. We have use the compressure sprayer.

Find the attached pictures for the building. I think this is the last week for the final touches to the building as they are only working on the electricity and the paintings.

Hej
Nu är vi äntligen igång med byggandet av vårt nästa klassrum. Det ligger på vår egen mark!
Väntar på prognos över färdigställande, men det borde inte vara mer än någon månad innan vi kan ta det i bruk. Vi behöver lite nya möbler och elektricitet mm, men det borde i vart fall gå att räkna med att vi är igång när höstterminen startar.
Man förbereder också för att börja odla för kökets förbrukning. Kanske vi kan bli självförsörjande på grönsaker och majs.

INSPECTION
I want to bring to your attention that Anyona School underwent a thorough inspection which also included the St. Christine section. The inspection was done by a team from the District Education Office (Kosele) on 18/06/2008.
I’m glad to inform you that the inspectors were very much delighted by the kind of work going on at the St. Christine.
They encouraged the constraction to continue. They also went through the schemes of work prepared by the teachers in charge of St. Christine. They were pleased. They suggested that in future these teachers be housed closer to the school to give them ample time to be with the pupils since the school may be a model school in the District.
On that note, I wish to encourage you to have confidence in the administration of the school and go on with your plans
